Payment and Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

  1. 1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for making payments for services through the online acquiring system on the website of LLP "Postigo.kz".
  2. 1.2. By placing an order, the User confirms agreement with the terms of this Policy.
  3. 1.3. Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — tenge (KZT).
  4. 1.4. According to this Policy, the Client agrees that payments for the Company’s services are made exclusively in one of the following ways:
    • For individuals: Payment on the Company’s website using bank cards (Visa, MasterCard).
    • For legal entities: Payment for services is made via bank transfer to the Company’s bank account.
  5. 1.5. Our website is connected to online acquiring, and you can pay for the Service using Visa or MasterCard bank cards. After confirming the selected service, a secure payment page of the processing center will open, where you need to enter your bank card details. For additional cardholder authentication, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Please check the rules and methods of additional authentication with the Bank that issued your card.

2. Payment Methods

  • 2.1. We accept bank cards of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, as well as local banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan that support online payments.
  • 2.2. For payment, the User is redirected to the secure page of the acquiring bank’s payment gateway.

3. Payment Security

  • 3.1. Processing of personal data and bank card details is carried out by the acquiring bank, certified according to PCI DSS standards.
  • 3.2. 3D Secure technologies (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode / etc.) are used to ensure additional payment protection.
  • 3.3. LLP "Postigo.kz" does not store or process bank card details.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • 4.1. After a successful payment, the User receives an electronic confirmation to the email specified during registration.
  • 4.2. In case the issuing bank declines the payment, the User must contact their bank to clarify the reasons for refusal.

5. Refunds and Payment Cancellation

  • 5.1. Refunds are made in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  • 5.2. In case of order cancellation, the refund is made to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
  • 5.3. The refund period depends on the internal regulations of the issuing bank and may take up to 30 (thirty) calendar days.
  • 5.4. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the form and procedure for payment for services are determined by agreement between the Client and the Company.
  • 5.5. Cases of payment refusal:
    • The bank card is not intended for online payments (please contact your issuing Bank).
    • Insufficient funds on the bank card (check with your bank).
    • Incorrect card details entered.
    • The card has expired (the expiration date is usually indicated on the front of the card).

6. Liability of the Parties

  • 6.1. The Company is not responsible for possible errors or failures in the operation of payment systems and banks.
  • 6.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate data when placing an order and making a payment.
